Grace Church is committed to ministering to families. Our aim is to help families PASS the baton of faith to the next generation. PASS is an acrostic representing our four pronged approach to strengthening the family unit.
We seek to:
- Provide a biblical education
- Assist families in worship
- Strengthen marriages
- Support parents
Provide a Biblical Education
We believe a strong biblical education is essential for spiritual growth. Grace Church offers sound biblical teaching during Sunday morning worship services, children's church services, Sunday school classes, a one-on-one discipleship program and small groups. If you're looking for greater understanding of God's Word, Grace Church is a wonderful place to grow.
Assist Families in Worship
We believe worship is an important aspect in spiritual formation. Worship isn't limited to a Sunday morning service. Rather, we are called to worship God each and every day. Grace Church is committed to assisting our families in their efforts to worship together daily as a family. Family devotional books are provided to our families, as well as, the mentoring support of our Senior Pastor and our Pastor of Family Ministries.
Grace Church seeks to uphold and strengthen the marriage relationship. In a culture where divorce is the cultural norm, we seek to honor the marriage covenant and do all that we can to nurture the marriage bond between husband and wife. We meet regularly with married couples within our church to provide council and encouragement. In addition, we offer marriage seminars and resources to those within our community.
We believe parents are given the primary task of nurturing their children's faith development. As a church, we seek to resource parents in our community to share their faith with their children and to help their children grow in their own faith. We offer small group opportunities geared toward parenting and encourage our parents to meet with our Pastor of Family Ministries for mentoring and support.
